👎 Where do I start, upon arrival we opened our room door and it immediately stank of stale smoke and wee. I said it to reception the following morning, they said it was coming through the aircon from another room and I asked could a cleaner come and sort it out for us, she sprayed surface cleaner all over the floor and walls and left it to drip down the walls. They did not give us fresh towels once I had to continuously ask, our room was not once cleaned or bedsheets changed the entire week. I have a chest infection and sinus infection from whatever is coming through the “vents”. The room was surfaced cleaned but there was dirt everywhere when you looked closely. For €1500 I don’t feel it was worth the money at all, nevermind the fact on our day of departure we were told there was no option for late checkout as they were “fully booked”, I sat at reception for 8 hours and only seen one person checking in. They reassured us there was showering facilities but they were disgustingly dirty and had no lock on the bathroom door, which as a woman I find very unsafe. Also no charging point for your phone in reception. Overall I will not be coming back and the money I spent on the hotel for the week was not merely matched to the service we recieved.

👎 The staff was rude I have never experienced anything like it and so I requested a refund on the first day, I rebooked somewhere else and I’m still waiting on my refund.
