Rapporto qualità prezzo in agosto NON ottimale - da evitare: alta stagione e piano terra
👍 Appartamento vicino al centro di Sant Antonio, facile da raggiungere in quanto ha davanti ben 2 stazioni di autobus. I proprietari (padre e figlia da quello che ho capito) sono stati gentili e disponibili, al check out ci hanno dato anche 40 minuti in più per uscire dalla stanza.
👎 il ventilatore appeso al soffitto della prima camera era rotto e quando l'ho fatto notare hanno dato prima la colpa a me che non lo sapessi usare... ho fatto venire in stanza l'addetta delle pulizie e ha confermato il fatto che era rotto. Ci hanno dunque dato due ventilatori portatili che hanno fatto il loro dovere. La stanza al piano terra non è molto comoda, innanzitutto se esci dalla doccia e non fai attenzione le persone ti possono vedere nudo o comunque in intimo dalle finestre o anche dalla strada (la porta da cui si entra dà direttamente sulla strada); la camera dunque manca quasi totalmente di privacy - ok chiudere tende e finestre ma senza aria condizionata (la struttura non dispone proprio del servizio) si muore e poi devo essere libero di girare come voglio in camera mia. Inoltre il frigo non sembra affatto come nelle foto, è la metà e assomiglia molto ad un frigo portatile da camera ad ore più che ad uno di appartamento (non ci stà molta roba dentro).
La doccia inoltre non parliamone, a parte il rumore che fa quando ci sali sopra (è a rialzo e aperta di lato), ma poi il silicone è andato via e perde acqua da tutte le parti: anche standoci attenti si allaga tutto facilmente, abbiamo usato tipo 6 asciugamani per tamponare. Non presenterei queste lamentele ma per un prezzo di 564 € a testa per 6 giorni, mi sembra un po' un furto; rapporto qualità prezzo assolutamente non in linea e mi spiace per i proprietari perchè sono molto gentili.

👎 Fatal que la nevera fuera tan pequeña…Que no tenía aire acondicionado, había mucha humedad y por tanto, mucho calor… y la casa estaba muy poco equipada. La casa era bastante grande y estaba limpia, todo funcionaba bien. Y la limpiaban. Ahora, todo lo que pedimos a los dueños, nos lo dieron, siendo muy amables!!

👍 Great staff, pool, shady and non-shady seating and lounger areas. Lots of outdoor chilling places. Good music. Gorgeous plants and trees. All the cooking facilities and bits needed.
👎 Bathroom floor got wet when showering, but who cares? Mop and bucket provided and you can lock the doors and windows with grille, so dries quickly.
👍 En general, buena relación calidad/precio si buscas un alojamiento económico. Apartamentos a unos minutos de la playa, con agradable zona de piscina, bien comunicados ya que tienen una parada de bus justo en la puerta, con un bar con buena comida y a un precio razonable para ser Ibiza.
👎 Nuestra habitación no tenía aire acondicinado. Si un ventilador en cada cuarto, pero un poco insuficientes y ruidosos.
