👍 After reading many negative reviews I decided to add a review. Nothing wrong at all with this hotel, location is excellent, it’s clean and the staff are friendly. I would definitely stay here again

👍 I thought I would write a review as there appears to be no recent reviews. We have just returned from a 3 day trip staying at this hotel. We were a party of 6 and had 3 rooms in the hotel. It is not often I write a ‘bad review’ however we felt highly unsatisfied with the facilities and cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms felt and were dirty. In one room we had stained bedding, hair all over the bathroom and no fridge and no balcony. Not to mention the broken shower, there was barely any water pressure it was just dripping like a tap which meant we had to use a shower in another room. Yet the other 2 rooms under our booking both had balcony’s and fridges, yet one of them had no working air con. We asked if there was another room available with both a balcony and a fridge and were told no, yet this feels extremely unfair considering we all paid the same amount but one room doesn’t have a fridge or balcony, another doesn’t have working air con? However, this hotel is in a great location close to lots of restaurants and shops. And the reception team were attentive in helping us order taxis etc. That being said. We would not stay here again as we could not move past the dirty rooms that clearly need a ‘deep’ clean rather than a quick once over, and the varying amenities in each room despite paying the same price.
