One big mess on many ways
👍 Nothing—the stay was a complete mess in every way: from the welcome, to the dirty suite that was already in use, to the booking made through the rooftop reception, which later showed via the app that an extra €185 per person had to be paid, to the reception staff being nowhere to be found at checkout, to the €170 transfer from the hotel that was 15 minutes late, to the race to the airport driving 40 km over the speed limit. The list goes on. I’ve never experienced anything like this before.

👍 Although we had a wonderful and relaxing week, we had a few niggles that i would not expect of a good 5 star hotel, firstly the positives, breakfast was wonderful with plenty of choice, staff at both the pool and restaurants were friendly and helpful, now for the few niggles that we had : we witnessed people reserving sun loungers for hours on end while people were walking around looking for one, staff don’t do anything at all to discourage this, which is something i haven’t witnessed for several years as normally the hotels we stay in don’t allow this, it’s not a fair system and there should be signage in place stating it’s not allowed in my opinion, housekeeping left a lot to be desired, i don’t think our floor was cleaned the whole time we were there(and it flooded every time we had a shower), and we never had a turn down service at all, in all this has the potential to be a wonderful hotel, it’s in a great location on the beach with some lovely beach bars/restaurants.

👍 Locazione bellissima ma lontano dal centro di Ibiza, da tenere conto per gli spostamenti. Hotel e camere molto belle , bella la.piacina e la vista
Enjoyable stay. Have stayed multiple times and certainly would go back.

👎 Pretty tough to get a taxi. I also felt the property needed a slight refresh.
