Great location for exploring all sides of the island by car
👍 A very nice quiet hotel with very friendly staff. In an excellent area 25 mins from everything with great restaurants in walking distance.
Perfect for a stay in the heart of Sta Gertrudis
👍 Great location in the heart of the small town, we enjoyed being able to relax by the small rooftop pool and cabanas. Lovely bars within a short walking distance. Bus stop made for an easy journey to and from Ibiza town.
👎 Like everywhere in Ibiza prices are a bit too high, the hotel wasn’t full in peak season so that speaks for itself.
The only hotel in Santa Gertrudis, good location but flawed

- Rooms nicely decorated and spacious
- Good location within the village, lots of things within walking distance
👎 - Even my upper floor room was EXTREMELY LOUD with noise from the street despite me requesting a quiet room. The rooms are NOT noise insulated at all - buyer beware. I could hear every word of what people said on the street below, every car door closed, and even every word in the hallway inside the hotel. This is completely unacceptable - rooms NEED to be soundproofed
- This is NOT a four star hotel and it baffles me how it can advertise itself as such: no coffee/tea facilities or bathrobes in rooms, the downstairs glasses/cups for the communal coffee machine hadn’t been cleaned properly, no onsite restaurant/cafe, the beds are EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE (like sleeping on a wooden floor), the pool area a bit dirty, and the aforementioned noise issue above
- Really weird room layout- the shower was right in the middle of the bedroom area with zero privacy

👍 De plaats is echt leuk. Klein en veel rustiger en gemoedelijker dan de grote strandplaatsen. Ook het dakterras is erg leuk.
