La propreté de l’établissement, la gentillesse du personnel, les équipements, la localisation.
Nous regrettons juste de ne pas avoir passé plus de temps là bas.
Ein toller, entspannter Urlaub. Ich würde jederzeit wieder dieses Hotel buchen!
👍 Das Personal ist megafreundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Ausblick vom Pool ist unschlagbar. Wir haben vom Flughafen den Bus Aero 2 genommen und unser Gepäck dann die Treppen hoch getragen. Für den Rückweg haben wir uns lieber ein Taxi gerufen.
👎 Wir mussten um 11 Uhr auschecken und wollten noch bis 16 Uhr am Pool bleiben. Für das Gepäck gibt es einen abgeschlossenen Raum, aber leider gibt es keine Umkleideräume oder Duschen. Wir haben uns auf der Toilette umgezogen.
Great hotel - don't hesitate to book!
👍 I was a bit nervous about booking here but this is genuinely a great value hotel! Located on top of a hill in Ibiza town, it offers gorgeous views of the sea, beaches and marinas etc.
It's supposedly a 2 star hotel but I would say it's at least a 3 star in reality. Service around the pool was great - just be patient, kind and polite as the staff work incredibly hard - and the hotel was clean whilst the restaurant offered great food & drink. The room we had, with partial sea view and balcony, was everything we needed.
The pool area is lovely, and the temperature of the water amazing. The gym is small but decent.
In the end, we loved it and will most definitely be back. :-)
👎 These comments are in no way a complaint - as I said, the hotel offers great value in Ibiza Town in the height of the Summer - but here are some tips that I think would take the hotel to the next level:
- a kettle and some cups / glasses / tea bags etc in the rooms would be helpful
- the hotel really should have at least one ironing board rather than guests having to iron on a desk
- the music can be really loud in the restaurant area. It's great poolside when you're having drinks and enjoying the vibe but sometimes we couldn't hear ourselves in the restaurant, and you don't want it that loud when you are eating.
- the room doors bang shut quite loudly and most people aren't so thoughtful as to close them quietly. Either some signs to ask guests to not allow the doors to bank shut or adjust the mechanisms at the top of the doors to ensure they close less rapidly and noisily.
- the taxi system doesn't really work. You book at reception but no one then knows the order in which you have booked and that can lead to arguments with fellow guests. Just issue guests with a sequentially numbered ticket, and you have solved the problem.
