Great rooftop pool but gym can’t really be considered a gym
👍 The rooftop pool was fantastic with wonderful views.
👎 The gym was very poorly equipped and the rooms were tiny
👍 Posizione w colazione
👎 Poca pulizia e struttura trascurata in generale, il prezzo della camera standard è troppo alta rispetto a ciò che viene offerto
👍 Very pretty seafront setting, delicious food, friendly staff, nice hotel design
👎 Would have liked to eat outside but it was extremely hot and the restaurant terrace would benefit from better shade cover and measures to keep it cool.

Fabulous 11 night stay, better than expectations!
👍 Just back from 11 nights here and loved it!
The staff were fantastic, from the moment we arrived through to poolside drinks and dinner hospitality.
The food was also great, we really enjoyed the variety and new theme each evening. The all inclusive drinks were also really good, even the wine which I’m usually fussy about!!
There were great walks both to Es Cana and Santa Eulalia, albeit it was a bit hot after 10am to walk very far!
The free kayaks were great fun in the heat, loved exploring.
The rooms were well equipped, a little small but very clean and modern.
The only criticism is that they didn’t have a great selection of weights in the gym, however the spin bikes and running machines were good.
Overall we loved our experience and would definitely return. We had a fab time. Thank you all at Iberostar.

Excellent place to visit..
👍 As always, the good points first, and there are many many of them..
The staff, each and every one of you deserve huge credit..your friendliness, curtesy and professionalism are a credit to you all..we stayed for 4 nites and on nite 1, my wife realised she had left a key medical supply at home..the staff at reception were amazing, making phone calls, on our behalf to try and source what we needed..we are truly grateful..
We paid extra for a “ star prestige “ room and the rooms were spacious, tidy, cleaned everyday and we had a great sea view..the food was fresh everyday and offered a different selection every time, albeit we did find lunch options were very limited..
No issues with the pool, the hotel is a 2 minute walk to the beach and the grounds were very well maintained, clean and there was always something wandering around tidying up..
What let this hotel down, and these are not first world problems but I think it’s important to be honest, especially when you pay £3k for a 4 nite stay..
1 - The hotel state they will remove any towels dumped on loungers and left for more than 45 minutes..they don’t..it’s the usual bun fight for beds and there are dozens of beds lying empty with towels dumped on them and people then disappear for hours..
2 - The hotel say pool hours are 10-6..don’t get me wrong, it was nice they didn’t rigorously stick to this because it was very very hot, but drunk folk jumping in and out of the pool after midnight got very annoying very quickly..nobody did anything about this..
3 - The extra money you pay for Star Prestige is simply not worth it..yes you get to sit in a wee corner of the restaurant but that was it, it wasn’t any quieter, you still have to go get your food etc..
You also get access to the roof top bar etc, and don’t get me wrong the views are spectacular, but if you sit by the ground floor pool, someone serves you drinks etc but, if your on the roof, you have to go and get your own..it doesn’t seem to make sense..
And finally, the turn down service..I’m not an expert on what a turn down service involves but, despite paying for it, all we got was 2 chocolates on our bed, per nite, and on one nite, someone put a very cheap pair of slippers next to the bed, that was it..
Overall though, a really nice hotel that I would definitely consider visiting again..
Not ideal
👍 The hotel itself is nice and clean. Also there is a nice atmosphere. The rooms are small compared to the price. Wifi does not always work on the room. The location is not ideal as there is nothing around. You will always need to take a cab or rent a car. Yesterday we have been waiting with 20 guests of the hotel for more than an hour on a cab.... The dinner is really really a pitty.. .First night Marrocian, than Indian and today Seafood....There is nothing else you can eat during these nights, which is a shame.
Overpriced and poor all inclusive experience
👍 Attractive pool area and no issue getting a lounger
👎 Food was very repetitive and poor.
Room was tiny, wardrobe was in the bathroom.
Staff were variable, some miserable others amazing.
Nothing around hotel and impossible to get a taxi in August.

Overpriced, bad location and underwhelming, repetitive food
👍 Firstly the positives:
The pool area is beautiful, contemporary, really comfortable sunbeds and never an issue getting one.
The reception staff are great- welcoming, polite and efficient.
The hotel is clean and tidy.
Negatives:
Location- nothing else near by. We knew this when we booked but expected to get a taxi to nearby towns. However in August this is extremely difficult. First night we waited over an hour and then gave up. Second evening we waited an hour and then managed to share one with another couple.
Food-
We were all inclusive and it got VERY repetitive. My photos illustrate the point. Meat quality was poor. There are themed evenings but in the main the dishes are the same on repeat every night. There is an ice cream station but some evenings berry flavour was the same. Never any vanilla which would have complemented the desserts. Chefs would often appear putting out more food but their uniforms were filthy which did put me off the food!
Poached eggs in the morning were cold and rarely runny.
For lunch you could go to the snack bar but there was a very limited choice. One day I had a tiny chicken baguette there and the bread was very stale and hard.
We don’t drink alcohol but found there to be a good selection of drinks including mocktails. The serving staff were very varied. Girl with red long hair was great- very smiley and efficient. Many of the others seemed quite miserable. One afternoon we waited 90 minutes for our drinks and had to order them 3 times.
The bedrooms are tiny and the wardrobe was in the bathroom.
The rooms felt damp. Air con was efficient and housekeeping did a good job.
Entertainment was pitiful, Bruno Mars tribute could not sing, girl group singing pop through the ages were good though.
Final night was supposed to be Mongolian but this was cancelled due to the rain and we had a very lacklustre game of bingo instead!
This hotel is very expensive for what you get and not good value compared to an all inclusive that we go to in Turkey. We would not go again.
