👎 Weinig, maar als ik iets moet noemen soms het eten, en de locatie, erg saai stuk ibiza

👎 Where to start, there were many aspects of this stay that were very disappointing but the food and drinks are by far the biggest let-down of this hotel, especially considering how expensive it is. The food is genuinely awful. The selection is extremely limited, repetitive and poor quality. Food from both dinner and lunch is repurposed for the next event, For an all-inclusive hotel, this is simply not good enough. We have stayed in many resorts and the food here ranks the worst, for clarity we are a family of 5 and I wouldn’t consider us picky eaters. The drinks are on par with the food, one beer included in the all-inclusive. The cocktails are undrinkable; pre-made from a tap. For soft drinks it’s honestly 50/50 each time you go to a machine if they work, or some sub standard non drinkable liquid comes out in its place. Example on a number of occasions one of our partyI tried to get a Coke and clear liquid came out instead. This is not isolated. 7Up, etc., are 50/50 on what you’ll receive when at the drinks machine. For the price, we expected much better food and drinks. Unfortunately, these alone would be enough to make us reconsider staying here again.

👎 Sterke dranken en cocktails waren lokale merken in de All-inclusive. In onze kamer ging er een vreemde doordringende geur die ondanks het dagelijks kuisen van de kamer maar niet wegging.

👎 The food was okay. Breakfast was always very busy and messy, and the food would often run out if you didn’t arrive early. They also started removing everything about 15 minutes before breakfast time ended. The cleaning was good, but the towels looked very old, and I didn’t feel comfortable drying myself with them. One of the girls at reception was also quite rude most of the time, which was disappointing. Better not forget your keys in the room and please reuse your bottle water 💦 too !

👎 Le buffet est de qualité moyenne. Le snack bar ne proposent que des burgers et hotdogs. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas un ou deux plats (pour ne pas devoir retourner au restaurant qui est de l’autre côté du complexe) quand on est à la piscine.
