👍 Staff friendly and went out of the way to explain local areas of interest to us . room was cleaned every day and fresh towels . Token system for drinks is amazing, as this stops rubbish and empty’s by the pool

👍 So its my 2nd last day at this hotel.amd despite how busy the hotel is I have found this week a very relaxing chilled experience despite it being high season. The staff all over the hotel are very very professional helpful & polite, particularly at reception and the deck bar. The overall vibe of the hotel is laid back and its location to the local beaches shops, bars and water taxis is very convenient. I will most likely be back to this hotel and location again solo or with my husband amd family because of how low key, safe and dare I say the word relaxing again..well done to all at Hotel Bergantin , keep up the good work .

👍 Amazing value for money with an all inclusive package for 4 nights in San Antonio. Room was very clean and comfortable, staff were extremely helpful. I will say this is a family focused hotel, not suitable to party goers or solo travellers wanting to mingle.

👍 Went to Ibiza as a group of young girls thought we would book a hotel in San Antonio as we were there for a good time. This hotel was not what we’re expecting. Many of the rooms were outdated and only afew had been modernised like the pictures. The rooms were also dirty and clearly weren’t very well maintained and the keycards to get into the room didn’t work we had to change ours nearly everytime we left the room and even then the reception staff didn’t bother to come and look and see if there was an issue with the door which was very annoying. The hotel was full of elderly people who clearly weren’t there for a good time and complained about everything we did even closing and opening doors which made us feel on edge the whole time. The staff were miserable and the security man was aggressive and threatening towards us yet when a group of young lads did the same thing as us he treated it completely differently which made us feel that this threatening and aggressive behaviour was sexist and targeted at us because we were young girls. The adults only pool was dirty full of insects even cockroaches and it stank of sewage which made it unbearable. The food was greasy and there wasn’t much variety, we spoke to some other girls who said the food had actually given them food poisoning. We ended up dispite paying for all inclusive going elsewhere to eat because it was so inedible. The bar staff however were lovely and always having a laugh and smiling they were the only good thing about this hotel. Don’t go to this hotel if your a group of young girls looking for a nice hotel in Ibiza.
