An Exceptional Stay & Amazing Hospitality
👍 I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Grand Palladium Ibiza and honestly cannot recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed, comfortable, and truly looked after. The hotel has a fantastic atmosphere, excellent service, and a team that genuinely cares about making guests feel special.
A huge thank you to Mr. Mounir and Javi in the restaurant. You both went above and beyond every single time, always checking on me, making sure everything was perfect, and welcoming me with such kindness and warmth. Your professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail made my stay even more special.
You didn’t just make me feel like a guest — you made me feel at home. That is something I will genuinely remember and appreciate.
Thank you, Mr. Mounir and Javi, for everything you did. You are a real credit to the hotel, and I hope to see you both again very soon!

👍 The staff at the hotel ensure a superb stay. Great location in the beach. Super restaurant bar service. Great for couples and families. Represents good value for great service.

👍 The pool over the other side of the bridge as the one single pool on the hotels side was too crowded to sit near
👎 The beds were Uncomfortable the room was TINY, The food selection was so poor. The hotel was ridiculously overpriced and it was not worth what i paid. i would call it a 4 star hotel at a push.

👍 El personal amable, lindas piletas, y buenos shows por la noche. Buena ubicacion para estar cerca del centro y las calas.
👎 Al llegar nuestros cuartos no estaban listos hasta las 16:30 hs, habíamos pedido una habitacion silenciosa porque veniamos con bebe, nos dieron una habitacion pegada al dj de la pileta, nos quejamos y nos dieron otra habitacion pero nos tuvimos que mudar de cuarto al otro dia, cosa que no es agradable . El primer dia volvimos 14:30hs al cuarto y no lo habian limpiado aun.... falta organizacion. La comida deja mucho que desear para un hotel 5 estrellas, podrian mejorar un poco. Por ultimo no me recibieron unos paquetes que habia pedido y llegado unos dias antes a mi llegada y avisado con anterioridad, los tuve que ir a buscar al correo. Le faltaría servicio de playa. Mas alla que después nos regalaron 2 botellas de champagne por todos los inconvenientes, lo mejor seria no tener que pasar por todo eso, las botellas no las tomamos porque estabamos con la familia.
