Avis clients
Hotel demasiado grande, no orientado a turismo nacional.
Think before booking- basics need fixing
👍 This is definitely not a 4 star hotel and it all depends what you want/expect from a holiday.
Firstly, there are some good points. Food at breakfast, lunch and evening is lovely, no faults at all there. Very nice and fresh.
Evening entertainment from the staff is awesome, they are very talented people.
However, many issues. Hotel is very dated, air con is shockingly poor in the rooms. WiFi is really bad and we didnt even get any WiFi in our room all holiday (in 2026 that's unbelievable).
They invite a local group in once a week for a treat and that group caused a major issue in the dining room one evening, by being very aggressive about the table they wanted to sit on..raised to the manager and reception about this and nothing at all done!! Shocking.
There are so so many things you have to pay for in this hotel.. there are 5 out of 25 ice creams that you get free..the rest you have to pay for. Lots of drinks are chargeable. Tennis and padel are charged by the hour and other things you always get in all inclusives don't seem to be included...so be careful ..you spend A LOT more here
You have to wait until check out today itself, to see if you can pay to extend your room for a few hours or not (which is today for us) ...which i find appalling as surely allocations can be done earlier once they establish who wants to stay. So found out 30 mins ago we have no room past 12...never experienced that in many many years staying in all inclusive...going to be a long day ahead and sums up the hotel.
Amazing Family Holiday
👍 The pictures and videos we watched before we arrived, did not do the Hotel justice! Great location, the views stunning, the beach perfect for young children, the food had so much variety, the shows were so good kept our three year old entertained, we had a suite with two balconies that really worked for us and the room was clean and modern, and all the staff were brilliant, definitely be back another day! Great value for money!
More like a holiday village than hotel
👍 I always read up on reviews prior to booking a hotel, however some experiences I and my family had at this hotel have not been mentioned on here and I feel the most detailed reviews are always the most truthful and helpful, so buckle in as this is a long one!
I will start from the beginning.
We had a friendly welcome to the hotel after a LONG transfer time from the airport. I will make you aware now that package deal transfer takes approximately 2 hours from the airport to the hotel. Uber is approximately 80euros per way. We went as a family of 5 adults no children. We were upgraded into 2 of the same type of room so we could be next to each other in the same hotel block. When I tell you this hotel is is MASSIVE, it truly is huge. There are many blocks across the 2 hotels.Depending on what type of room you book will depend on which hotel they put you in. This resort is VERY hilly. I would not say this is a very accessible resort in terms of commute between different areas. Some of the room blocks are quite a walk away from the restaurant and snack facilities.
After entering our rooms, which were a decent size and clean to a good standard, we went straight to the adults only pool. The rooms were initially stoked with bottled water and cans of coke, Fanta etc. Robes and towels were provided and cleaned everyday. Beds always made. Safe in the wardrobe and easy to use. We did have a problem with our shower getting blocked nearly everyday of the trip. Maintenance did attended quickly each time we rang for help and sorted the problem (until the next day). We did also have a problem with our room keys stopping working on 3 of the days of our trip but again were sorted quickly. Some of the balconies were massive and some were smaller. It is worth noting that washing lines etc are not provided and some balconies can be very shaded so drying clothes can be hard. TV had 2 British channels, the rest were Spanish and German. Bed was a little hard for me but that depends on what you like. A thinner duvet was also provided free of charge. Plenty of plug sockets around the room and by the beds. I would also like to mention the lack of dressing tablet makes space for toiletries difficult. We put all ours in the bathroom instead so was not a big problem for us however for those that like the extra space, there is a lack of storage space. Kettle in room, we took tea bags and sugar etc from the restaurant as this was not re-stocked.
The pool was gorgeous. We aren’t really a children orientated family and like the quieter areas without having to pay for adults only hotels. This pool was a perfect temperature everyday. The pool chemical levels were checked every day also. Sun beds were always available everyday, both beds and loungers. The adults only pool has a shallow areas to step into for those who cannot use steeper steps. This pool is located next to an adults only bar however this area you must pay for and I did not see it open at all through the 7 night duration of our stay. There is also a partially indoor pool (no roof but walls) that was FREEZING and wasn’t the cleanest. There was also a hot tub at the side of this pool. Now for all inclusive and having been to all inclusive my whole life I would usually expect the hot tub to be included in the price, but it isn’t. The hot tub takes 2x 1 euro coins to work and the machine is located on the wall as you enter - you get 15 minutes of bubbles. We did not go near the main pool as it was very noisy with children and lots of inflatables, so I can’t really comment on this one - it was colder though. There is an infinity pool and large pool at the sister hotel a 15 minute walk away which were more peaceful. There is another pool down by the sea where the snack bar and main restaurant are - entertainment also takes place here. And there is a smaller children’s water park on the resort with a waterfall bucke and tiny slides - this pool was also FREEZING.
There re bars by the main pool, splash park, seafront and in the sister hotel. Some bar staff were really friendly and some were quite miserable. Free ice lollies and ice cream could be sought at all bars. Bar staff are very funny about giving out trays to carry drinks so you will need 2 pairs of hands if you are going as a bigger group. NOW COCKTAILS - nearly every cocktail no matter the time, you must pay for. They are 9 euros. I did think this was a bit ridiculous considering we had paid all inclusive. I think maybe 3-4 cocktails were included and they were absolute disgusting.
Food was phenomenal! Best selection of food I’ve had at an all inclusive resort. Each night was a different theme Chinese, seafood, Mexican etc. The desserts were to die for (especially the lemon cake). Staff were also very helpful, catering for my coeliac Nana and making her massive platefuls of pasta. I would say the children’s only area for food is lacking however there was always pizza, chips, pasta, chicken nuggets/fish nuggets etc in the adults section as well. Restaurant was very spacious and clean and there is also an outdoor area you can eat if you don’t mind waiting a little for a table - it overlooks the gorgeous ocean.
Trips can be booked through your rep - they aren’t best and are very expensive. There is a little train that takes you to a neighbouring town and busses you- really cheap. I will say this area is very secluded and there are only 2 shops outside the hotel. The entertainment team are really good and work very hard but don’t try force you into activities which I really liked. Different entertainment programme per night for adults and children and the biggest bonus was that our room was far away so we could not hear any of it.
Extras - free pedlos at the private beach.Kayaks also available. Lifeguard doesn’t speak English at all and we never really saw him. Wi-Fi is good, FaceTime can sometimes play up but overall not bad.
I think this hotel was overall okay. I personally wouldn’t go back just due to how secluded the hotel is and how far you have to walk to get to everything up hill in intense heat. BUT it was a good trip and I would recommend to those that don’t mind long walks and a large complex.

Epic stay at Invisa Figueral @ room 1113 is a winner
👍 I’m actually writing this from my balcony because I’m that impressed with the place.
I’m sitting here looking out at the sea from room 1113 and the view is absolutely blessed.
Proper postcard stuff the extra £20 or so at initial booking through Jet2 for the seaview was money well spent
The food has been phenomenal. Every meal has been spot on with loads of choice, everything fresh and genuinely better than most hotel buffets I’ve ever had. The rooms are clean, modern and comfy with nothing to complain about.
The entertainment across both hotels, Cala Blanca and Cala Verde, has been brilliant. Plenty happening and a great atmosphere all day.
I can see why this resort is a hit for families, but it’s perfect for couples too.
My wife loves lying at the pool soaking up the sun, while I can’t stand the heat, so I spend my time floating between things ran by hotel such as the archery, shooting, patacha or heading down to the sea for a proper swim against the waves.
Beach at your door step literally!
There’s always something to do, no matter your pace.
You’ve also got a few handy shops right at the entrance of the hotel. Ideal if you want to stock your fridge with a couple of drinks for balcony chill‑out time. Makes life easy and saves you running about.
At the adult pool you’ve got a mix of loungers, and here’s something nobody tells you. If you’re on the AI package, don’t hesitate to use the big cube loungers. They’re completely free to use. No extra charge, no booking, no nonsense. Just grab one and enjoy it gives you the premium feel of a relaxing break without the premium price tag
If you’re heading to Ibiza Old Town, grab your chance to visit. The hotel runs a bus to it properly air-conditioned and safe but it only runs on a Friday, so when you arrive just secure your spot.
The bus is 15 euros return, safe, comfortable and far more palatable than taxi prices.
An Absolute bargain and a great experience proper romantic and a different vibe from the hotel
Back to hotel everything here just works. It's a great location, with a great overall setup, the staff are awesome and the entertainment on offer at night is beyond standard. I couldn’t fault a thing. If you’re thinking about booking it, do it. You’ll love it.
