👍 The room was stunning, the hotel staff incredibly helpful and friendly, and the bartenders were always attentive. But what really stands out for me was the breakfast spread, they had everything you could think of, from a health station and bread to a station for recovering after a lively night out. 👌🏾
👎 There are too many restrictions around ordering food on the property, and not being able to grab a takeaway from the lunch spot just seems crazy.
Perfect Ibiza Getaway
👍 Loved the location, far enough out of San Antonio to be a bit more chilled, but close enough to get into easily.
The pool area was perfect, with a smaller, quieter more secluded pool as well as the larger main pool.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner was always fantastic, great quality and always a good selection of dishes.
The room was clean and today.

👍 Nuestra experiencia en TRS Ibiza fue fantástica. Lo que realmente marcó la diferencia con respecto a otros hoteles, incluso otros TRS y Palladium, no fueron solamente las instalaciones, los servicios o la comida, que fue espectacular, sino, sobre todo, la excelente atención, amabilidad y predisposición de absolutamente toda la gente que trabaja allí.
Siempre nos atendieron con una sonrisa, con una actitud positiva y con verdadera disposición para ayudarnos. Constantemente nos preguntaban cómo la estábamos pasando y si necesitábamos algo, algo que realmente hizo que nuestra estadía fuera aún más especial.
Quiero destacar especialmente a algunos de ellos, comenzando por la manager, Alejandra, una genia, y su equipo: Lucía, Paloma, Pol e Iván. También a los camareros, especialmente Joel y otro de nuestros favoritos, cuyo nombre lamentablemente no recordamos, aunque sí que era de Colombia; a los bartenders, a las mujeres de limpieza y, por supuesto, a Selene y Matías, que fueron quienes nos recibieron.
Todos ellos hicieron que nos sintiéramos realmente bien atendidos y muy a gusto durante toda nuestra estadía, y creemos que son justamente las personas las que hacen que un hotel pase de ser muy bueno a convertirse en una experiencia única.
👎 Lamentablemente, no podemos decir lo mismo de Travel Club, ya que nuevamente han incumplido con lo establecido en el contrato.

👎 We stayed here last year and had the best time . This year was double the price and staff weren’t as helpful . Asked for water 3 times in restaurant and got ignored . The lady sitting everyone stopped it and apologised. Last year The entertainment was different each day pool side , this year had 2 different sax players. First one was good got in pool and danced with everyone . The other looked uncomfortable , not sure if it was her first time. No pool side snack which is a massive miss as if you leave beds to go for food your towel is taken off them after 30 mins . Most people take 1hr to eat lunch . Shocking service at door trying to get taxi and refused roof too due to private event so over all felt very let down . Wont be booking again .

👍 De locatie is geweldig! Prachtig uitzicht over Cala Gracio. De bedden waren zalig en we kregen een lief presentje op de kamer bij aankomst. Dat waarderen we zeer! De Gravity Rooftop Eclipse was fantastisch!
👎 Ondanks de hoge kamerprijs mochten wij niet bij 1 vd zwembaden zitten (een andere gast had minder betaald en had zelfs all-inclusive, wat wij niet hadden, en mocht wel bij die locatie zijn/zwemmen. Voelt oneerlijk!).
Daarbij leggen vele gasten al hun handdoek op een stoel voordat ze ontbijten en waren er 1) geen handdoeken meer en 2) stoelen allemaal bezet en geen plek waar wij dan blijkbaar wel mochten zijn. Super jammer! Daar mogen ze wel een beter beleid voor maken!
Bij het ontbijt was een lange rij voordat je naar binnen kon (ik vermoed te weinig personeel om tafels aan te wijzen) en er waren bepaalde producten koud die warm moesten zijn.
Daarbij was de correspondentie met de Butler Service verwarrend. Ik kreeg vanuit hun en vanuit Booking 2 verschillende antwoorden op eenzelfde vraag (of vragen waren niet volledig beantwoord).
