Friendly, quick and responsive, clean and spacious. I enjoyed our stay.
👍 keys were in the lock box so easy to collect, the space was big and spacious and the pool was fab. We used the bbq and did yoga in the front area of the villa. I will definitely book again. Gave us many towels and an early check in and late check out. Very quick response all the time.
👎 no dishwasher and very little for service of food and cooking. Shower downstairs broke while we were in residence and the water overflowed - we couldnt use it for the entire event. They came and looked in on it quickly but we decided not to disturb the retreat with the repair.
Really enjoyed our stay, round definitely come back.
👍 We weren’t too sure what to expect but were pleasantly surprised. The villa had more rooms than expected and does have air con (some reviews said it didn’t?) the pool was lovely, no neighbours close by. Great place that we really enjoyed.
We had a problem with the electric/power cut and they had someone out within the hour to fix it. We were impressed.
👎 The decor was sparse and simple, which was fine, we didn’t feel we might break something fancy. It was out of town but taxi’s were easy and we did walk a couple of times to a nice restaurant (pisco) and then walking into town for the night out.

👎 Facilities are quite poor for the price of the villa. Extremely outdated and feels like it has been used a student accommodation vs a 6 bedroom villa. Master suite had no wardrobes and the toilets were dirty and showers leaked all over the floor.
