👎 The person running this house was truly an awful host. He accommodated me not in the slightest.He way overcharged me for quote.Unquote services that he deemed were part of the description of the property yet were almost more than twice the amount that he bills for on nightly rate. Upon making the reservation you are forced with the option of either canceling and losing your money for the.Reservation or paying an exorbitant amount of money for towels.And sheets and a cleaning fee, which exceeds the cost of the actual rental itself. While I was there, the air conditioner did not function.The power went out several times the internet went out several times and the small items I left behind.As trash comprising of two bottles of soda and one plate of lunch that I had the day prior the owner accused me of having parties in his apartment and leaving it trashed.He has posted some photos.I'll let you be the judge of that. And the shower head snapped off the very first time I tried to even use the shower, making it impossible to get clean.

👎 Las condiciones del alojamiento son totalmente distintas a las imágenes publicadas. Utensilios y menaje del hogar escasos y en mal estado. Todo estaba bastante sucio y roto. La cama principal es un colchón sobre varios pallets y la supletoria es una cama pegada a la puerta de entrada. La ducha se descolgaba y se inundaba el suelo del baño cada vez que intentabas usarlo. Horno inutilizable, no hay microondas, ni tostadora ni ninguno de los utensilios publicados en las imágenes. Tanto las toallas como las sábanas estaban muy desgastadas y debes abonar un suplemento extra por ellas. El parking privado existe pero a tu llegada te informarán que para usarlo debes abonar un precio adicional por noche. Si deseas usar la piscina, igual. La villa tiene piscina pero dentro de la vivienda del propietario, no podrás acceder a la misma a no ser que te de permiso y te abra la puerta. No existe privacidad ya que el propietario vive justo encima de donde te alojas y se asoma continuamente. Tras intentar cargarnos suplementos extra por conceptos no regulados en el anuncio, me vi obligado a abandonar la villa en condiciones deplorables (nos cortó la luz y el agua y tuvimos que recoger nuestras cosas al anochecer). No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

👎 Onaardig arrogante host. Na een discussie over het extra betalen van 400€ werd de host erg onvriendelijk. De foto’s van de accommodatie lijken prachtig echter is de villa die je ziet niet waar je verblijft. Wel op het zelfde terrein maar in een bij-huisje met 3 verschillende hoogte vloer in de wonkamer/keuken hierdoor moet je op elke stap die je zet oppassen dat je je been niet breekt. Wasbak van de keuken zeer beschadigd waardoor vuil en bacteriën in de wasbak randjes blijft. Een slechtlopende zonder houder, niets om de douche van de vloer mee schoon en droog te maken waardoor er na drie dagen een vuile vieze badkamervloer was. Er mag geen gebruik gemaakt worden van het prachtige zwembad dat bij de accommodatie hoort. Helaas word er een beeld gecreëerd alsof je in een super luxe villa verblijft. Bij aankomst blijkt dit niet het gedeelte te zijn waar u verblijft! Ook worden na klachten de foto’s op de site veranderd en word de accommodatie wel weergegeven, maar dan alsnog veel mooier en schoner dan in het echt. De accomodatie is vervallen en verdient aandacht. In de oven zatten spinnenwebben, 1 bed is super slecht de andere heeft een goed matras maar op houten pallets.
