Magic stay with the family
👍 This was a truly magical stay for our family. The villa was perfectly located to explore the beaches of south Ibiza and only 15 mins from the airport. It had everything we needed and the view took our breath away. Our host Dave was fabulous at communicating and it felt very relaxed and accommodating, couldn’t wish for a better stay. Every room had an incredible view. We cannot wait to book this place again next year! The photos don’t do it justice!

👍 Das Haus ist herrlich - zum Verlieben mit ausreichend Platz, 4 Schlafzimmern und sogar 3 Badezimmern. Die Lage fanden wir auch super, da wir dauerhaft einen Mietwagen hatten - ohne Auto allerdings nicht machbar. Es ist herrlich ruhig, eigentlich keine direkten Nachbarn, Blick zu 2 Seiten auf's Meer, genügend Liegen am Pool und die Küche war top ausgestattet. Dave war per whatsapp jederzeit ansprechbar und hat uns wegen der abendlichen Kälte ohne Aufpreis sogar die Fernbedienung für die Klimaanlage dagelassen und uns erklärt, wie der Kamin "funktioniert". Sehr kundenorientiert! Die Einrichtung passt zum Haus, viel dunkles Holz - sehr stimmig. Verschiedene Sitzgelegenheiten (hinterm Haus, neben dem Haus, Balkon, Terrasse ...). Je nach Tageszeit/Sonneneinstrahlung und Wind nutzbar. Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine und sogar ein Backofen - das hatten wir noch nie in einem Ferienhaus. Für Kaffee gibt es eine Kapselmaschine und eine Filtermaschine - alles da. Auch Toilettenpapier, Spüli und Tabs für die Spülmaschine waren vorhanden! So muss nicht jeder Gast alles neu kaufen.
Die Handtücher fand ich super! Riesig und qualitativ hochwertig!
👎 Wir haben eigentlich nichts zu beanstanden. Ja, die Badezimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen - die Fugen könnten mal neu gemacht werden, es riecht unbewohnt im Haus, evtl. wegen der vielen Holzmöbel.
Sofern die Angaben stimmen, dass wir (evtl. aufgrund der Jahreszeit) deutlich weniger bezahlt haben, wäre ich allerdings nicht bereit, den deutlich höheren Preis zu zahlen. Dann würden mich nämlich die kleinen Beanstandungen "ärgern".
Der Weg zum Haus ist grenzwertig - aber das ist leider so, wenn man abgelegen wohnt. Dafür kann der Vermieter ja nichts.

👎 some of teh chairs by teh pool were broken. there was some broken glass left by the pool, which unfortunately one of the kids trod on. There were absolutley no supplies such as salt etc, whcich could have been better.

No air conditioning in shared spaces- only in bedrooms, it was very hot in the evenings
Lack of shade around the pool ( as it was windy in the afternoons portable sunshades were not appropriate, could have had some fixed sturdy parasols or shade.
