Haben uns alle (4-köpfige Familie) insgesamt sehr wohlgefühlt !
👍 Anfänglich waren wir in einer Suite im 2. Stock untergebracht. Die war allerdings relativ klein, und nur mit Möglichkeit zum Duschen in einer Badewanne. Als wir dann vom Balkon aus unter uns sahen, dass es im 1. Stock Suiten mit Zugang zu quasi privaten Pools gibt, haben wir an der Rezeption nachgefragt, ob wir upgraden können. Es gab zu diesem Zeitpunkt dann glücklicherweise noch genau eine Suite (Nr. 1001), die wir für eine Zuzahlung von €500 (für die von uns gebuchte 1 Woche) bekamen. Die war dann auch neu renoviert und moderner, mit WalkIn-Dusche statt Badewanne, und auch ein bischen geräumiger. Und auch mit einem größeren Kühlschrank, in den auch mal eine ganze Wassermelone reinpasst. In der Suite 1001, mit Terrasse, Schaukelstuhl und Außenbett fühlten wir uns dann sehr wohl. Und das Konzept, bei dem nicht jede Suite einen eigenen, kleinen Privatpool hat, sondern die Suite-Terrassen und alle Privatpools miteinander verbunden und nur lose separiert sind, fanden wir besonders gut/schön. Dadurch waren die Pools sehr geräumig, und die Terrassen vermitteln einem eine offenere Atmosphäre. Man fühlt sich dadurch nicht eingesperrt. Die Qualität der Betten ist sehr gut. Auch die Klimaanlage funktionierte prima. Sehr gefreut hat uns auch, dass wir eine kleine Küchenzeile mit Microwelle, elektr. Herdplatte und geräumigem Kühlschrank hatten. Nicht zuletzt, fanden wir auch die Wasserspender auf den Hotelgängen, mit gekühltem Trinkwasser, eine super Sache. Haben wir reichlich genutzt.
👎 Das Frühstücksbuffet war recht reichhaltig, aber jeden Tag genau identisch. Da wäre ein bischen mehr Kreativität sehr erfreulich. Was Preis-/Leistung anlangt, fanden wir es allerdings zu teuer. Wir haben letztendlich für die sehr kleine Suite ca. €410/Nacht bezahlt. Das empfinden wir dafür als zu teuer.

👍 Struttura buona per famiglie del nord Europa, non in linea con il punteggio per famiglie italiane. Struttura ben tenuta e ben organizzata. Affascinate la trovata del braccialetto in legno impermeabile come chiave della camera.
👎 Climatizzatore della camera non funzionante se non con manovra della manutenzione…. Ma il bello é al mattino del venerdì , Arriviamo alle 9: 48 nella sala gremita della colazione il primo giorno ed una cameriera ci invita gentilmente ad aspettare che pulisse il tavolo e lo riattrezzasse. Ribadisco in quella sala c’erano almeno 150 persone di ogni eta per la colazione. I miei bambini desideravano un cornetto e scappare al mare.
Alle 9:55 un cameriere ci invitava ad uscire poiché non più ora di colazione…… assurdo, a quel punto chiedo di parlare con il direttore, il quale gentilmente capisce di avere con me un grosso problema e mi chiede scusa dando mandato al bar della piscina di accogliere almeno i miei figli per colazione. carinamente ci invita anche a cena la sera successiva ma avevamo prenotato una serie di ristoranti top quindi abbiamo declinato. Pulizia sommaria, soprattutto degli spazi comuni…..
