Very disappointing

👎 I paid 300 Euros for a seaview room, I received a tiny room facing the street because they overbooked. The AC didn‘t work properly, the ventilator also didn‘t work properly, the room had a bad smell from the humidity and there were bed bug spots on the garment of the bed. The staff wasn‘t able or willing to help me in any regard. It really couldn‘t have been worse.

👍 L’hotel è in una buona posizione, lontano dalla movida di Playa d’en bossa e vicina, tramite una strada sterrata, al centro della città vecchia, 10 minuti a piedi.

Il ristorante è molto carino con cibo di qualità e il personale di sala, un cameriere di origine venezuelana e un giovane di Ibiza (purtroppo non ricordiamo i nomi) educatissimi, ci hanno coccolato, grazie
