👍 Una estancia simplemente espectacular. La villa es preciosa, muy bien cuidada y con una piscina fantástica desde la que se disfrutan unas vistas increíbles. El entorno es tranquilo y perfecto para desconectar.
Todo estaba impecable y pensado al detalle para una estancia cómoda y relajante. Sin duda, un lugar ideal para disfrutar de Ibiza con privacidad, comodidad y unas vistas inolvidables. Totalmente recomendable.

👍 Era justo lo que necesitábamos y más , la estancia fue corta, solo una noche, pero todo fue increíble. La casa estaba impecable, muy cómoda y bien equipada. No la logramos disfrutar , la vista es espectacular y la zona exterior un sueño . Sin duda vuelvo el verano con mi familia .

Amazing Holiday Memory!
👍 This villa is very special due to its incredible views and fantastic location. Traditional Ibiza style interiors and the exterior has amazing pool, chill out spaces and big bbq grill. Highly recommended for an amazing holiday memory!!!!

👍 Vues magnifiques ! Il a plu les premiers jours, mais heureusement, la maison est très confortable et nous y sommes restés les jours de pluie. La connexion Wi-Fi est bonne et j'ai pu travailler, et il y a une bonne télévision sur laquelle la famille a regardé des séries Netflix. Mais à l'intérieur de la maison, nous étions très à l'aise, comme à la maison ! Quand le soleil est sorti, la piscine et le barbecue étaient superbes. C'était en janvier et nous nous sommes quand même baignés ! En sortant rapidement ;)... Et nous avons passé un très bon moment en faisant des barbecues. Merci à Maria pour ses conseils !

Schöne Unterkunft – aber Abzocke bei angeblichem Schaden!
👎 Die Unterkunft war an sich sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Leider kam es nach unserer Abreise zu einem angeblichen Schaden an der Duschglasscheibe. Beim Verlassen des Hauses war kein Schaden erkennbar – wir hätten ihn selbstverständlich gemeldet, wenn etwas passiert wäre.
Später wurde uns jedoch mitgeteilt, dass die Duschscheibe zerbrochen sei – und wir dafür verantwortlich seien. Die Bilder, die man uns geschickt hat, sprechen jedoch eine andere Sprache: Sie deuten klar auf einen Konstruktions- oder Materialfehler hin, nicht auf mutwillige Beschädigung. Möglicherweise ist die Scheibe beim Putzen durch Spannung oder schlechte Montage gebrochen.
Trotzdem wurde uns die Schuld zugeschoben. 3.500 € soll die Reparatur kosten, die 1.500 € Kaution wurde direkt einbehalten. Wir haben mittlerweile einen Rechtsanwalt eingeschaltet. Leider hilft Booking in diesem Fall ebenfalls nicht weiter.
Fazit: Eigentlich eine tolle Unterkunft – aber im Schadensfall wird offenbar auf Kosten der Gäste renoviert. Für uns war das am Ende eine äußerst ärgerliche und enttäuschende Erfahrung.

👎 Another couple of loungers & umbrellas would have been nice
Better shower drainage in family bathroom
Fly screens would be a good idea
Patio windows are sticking and bang when its windy
The gravel roads to property could do with attention (although appreciate that this is not down to the owners)
