KATASTROPHE
👍 The location it was downtown it’s nice
👎 We are very disappointed with our stay. Yesterday, Maria, who gave us the keys, entered our apartment using her own key without knocking or asking permission while my friend was getting dressed. This is a serious invasion of our privacy and completely unacceptable.
Afterwards, the boiler was switched off from around 21:30 until midnight, meaning none of us could take a shower. We had to leave without showering.
We paid for a private accommodation with basic facilities, and we expect our privacy and access to hot water to be respected. This experience is completely unacceptable.
We experienced over the night paranoia that she doesn’t come in while we sleep
👍 Posizione
