Cómodo y práctico aunque algo anticuado
👍 La cercanía a la playa, la piscina y el servicio de cambio de toallas cada dos días. Era un sitio limpio.
👎 Baño sin ventilación, zona difícil para encontrar aparcamiento gratuito y a alguno de los platos del apartamento le faltaba un poco de limpieza

👍 Het appartement ligt op een centrale locatie. Je loopt zo de boulevard van Es Canar op. Parkeren is lastig, tenzij je bereid bent de betalen. Dan is er een parkeerterrein om de hoek. De bar is gezellig en het zwembad prima. Fijn en vriendelijk personeel. Airco doet het erg goed.
👎 Het appartement is heel erg basis met zeer beperkt keukeninventaris. We hadden precies vier glazen, vier theebekers, vier van elk bestek en twee pannen. Het appartement was niet schoon (op het balkon lag nog vuil van de vorige huurders) en ze maken ook niet schoon tijdens je verblijf. Wij waren er zes dagen en hebben alleen op dag 2 schone handdoeken gekregen, terwijl ze aangaven dat het elke twee dagen zou komen. Het appartement is zeer gehorig.

А особенно великолепная жена у хозяина апартаментов Руско язычная, прекрасный персонал, отличные завтраки и самое главное , что при апартаментах на первом уровне есть ресторан с изумительной кухней и очень демократичными ценами, я с удовольствием если ещё раз буду на Ибице то буду в этих апартаментах снимать жилье,, тем более что на следующий год у них планируется реновация всех помещений и отель с апартаментами засияет ещё круче чем есть на сегодняшний день,, в номерах есть все необходимое,, кухня, кровати, постельное , полотенца меняют каждый день, уборка каждый день и при чем тогда когда Вы уходите с семьёй на пляж или по своим делам,, мне все ок,, спасибо огромное хозяевам, все было круто.
👎 Нам понравилось всё, а отсутствие телевизора то зачем он кому то нужен когда люди приезжают на отдых и есть прекрасный вид на море,, я против телевизора хотя многие об этом рассказывают.

👎 Que se pusieran a hacer obras durante nuestra estancia, a las 9 se ponían a dar golpes, nos amargo las vacaciones. Las camas no eran demasiado cómodas, no limpiaron ningún día, solo nos dejaban toallas encima del sofa, el aire acondicionado goteaba a la terraza de abajo, subieron a avisarnos y lo tuvimos que apagar, la tabla de la plancha daba realmente verguenza y el menaje de cocina estaba sucio.
