👎 Sporco camera senza condizionatore su 20855 scalini ho chiesto una camera migliore per mio figlio asmatico si dono rifiutati,personale scortese e avevo prenotato tre giorni sono scappata la prima notte senza darmi un rimborso dopo avergli esposto vari problemi

👍 El bufet libre, bastante variedad.
👎 Nos pusieron en frente de la piscina, sin hacer caso de que nuestra hija es autista y necesitábamos calma. Nada más llegar avisamos de que el aire escupía hielo y agua, y al tercer dia empezó a hacer un traqueteo insoportable, ninguna solución al respecto, imposible pegar ojo con ese ruido, y sin el aire tampoco debido al calor que hacía. En el comedor del bufet hacia un calor insufrible porque no ponían el aire o no funcionaba bien.
