👍 La vue et la tranquillité
👎 La qualité du restaurant catastrophique pour un 5*
Le service très très moyen
La qualité et la vétusté des équipements et mobilier en chambre
A little slice of heaven
👍 Hacienda Na Ximena has perhaps the best views in any hotel worldwide. The hotel itslef is quite big, but feels cosy and its just heaven to stay there
👎 Nothing not to like
Felt at home
👍 Pool and staff
👎 Food could be better
Amazing staff beautiful location , but hidden costs to be aware of
👍 Great facilities - however when you are paying £1.3k per night there are a few things that you would expect for that amount of money
👎 Expensive room and when you book 3 nights you would expect to not have to pay for water ! We had complimentary water on the first day on the room but when you are paying that much per night - we should have had complimentary water every day ! At 10 euros a bottle these are the small things that can turn a stay . Our garden room with a mini pool was amazing but VERY overlooked .. which wasn’t clear on the booking. The cascades also felt like a series of hot tubs - disappointing.
