👎 The hotel was disgusting. We were given a room that was filthy and unclean. The balcony door was also broken so badly that it wouldn’t even shut! They tried to give us this room knowing that the door wouldn’t shut and would be left open 24/7, completely unsafe! There was mould in our room that was painted over and became worse during our stay.

👎 Eine Kakerlake hat uns angegriffen, überall war Schimmel, wir haben illegale Substanzen und Gegenstände von anderen Leuten in unseren Zimmer gefunden. Der Typ an der Rezeption war sehr hochnäsig. Wir mussten mehrmals Zimmer wechseln und erst als ich geweint habe haben wir ein halbwegs sauberes Zimmer bekommen

👎 Wasps in the pool which went inside swimwear and stung!
Wasps on breakfast tables.
Feet were filthy from the mucky floors in the room.
Walls paper thin could hear neighbours vomiting as if they were actually in our room.
Air con pouring with water- reported but couldn’t move our room.
Receptionist took 45 minutes to book us in. And had to wait 45mins for her to book the previous people in too! In reception far too long!
