👍 Destacar el desayuno buffet que se paga a parte, la calidad de la comida es muy buena y están continuamente reponiendo, limpiando las mesas para los siguientes huéspedes y el personal muy bueno, la mayoría españoles. También el servicio de Valet parking aunque algo caro, funciona muy bien y el personal muy atento y ágil.
👎 Vengo a advertir a todo aquel español que quiera ir de vacaciones a Ibiza para que cuando llegue a su hotel no piense que es un extranjero en su propio país. Empezando el momento en el que haces la reserva y le echas un vistazo a las instalaciones, en la página que te dice que tienen 4 piscinas y 7 restaurantes, cuando la realidad es que solamente puedes acceder a dos piscinas y una de ellas es un charco 80 cm. con sillas, y la otra abarrotada y peleándote para poder estar en una hamaca, ya que la gente sin educación planta la toalla a primera hora y aparece cuando le apetece. Si no sabes inglés estás perdido ya que en algunos de los restaurantes no tienen carta en español, el mapa del hotel que te dan tampoco viene en español, y hay bastante personal del hotel no habla español. La limpieza de las habitaciones deja bastante que desear y el olor a cañería es constante en los pasillos. La televisión, de buen tamaño, no se ve, está continuamente entrecortada perdiendo la señal de la antena, viene un chromecast que te da la esperanza de poder ver algo, pero tampoco funciona, vamos que la televisión es un bonito cuadro decorativo. También a tener en cuenta el pésimo aislamiento de las habitaciones, se escucha absolutamente todo, además la ventilación está comunicada unas habitaciones con otras, por lo que si te toca un fumador al lado, olerás a tabaco constante en tu propia habitación. Como visitante habitual de la isla, he estado en muchos de los hoteles, y es el que peor experiencia he tenido. Se nota que el edificio no era originalmente un hotel de esta categoría, sino que le dieron un lavado de cara mínimo, y se han quedado muy lejos de lo que se espera de un hotel de 4 estrellas, entre lo más problemático está el enorme número de habitaciones que es excesivo para las instalaciones y zonas comunes como las piscinas.

👎 Very disappointed to discover a ‘minimum spend’ stipulation to secure a daybed at the centre pool area - that came as an unnecessary surprise on our first morning

👍 Les services proposés et les différents espaces sont très agréables. Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel. La situation sur la plage avec des sunbeds confortables. Nous avons passé un super séjour grâce a la gentillesse du personnel et notamment Emma.
