👍 Quiet and not a lot of people staying there
👎 We had to ask for toilet roll to be refilled and they forgot when we asked. It was done after but usually something like this is checked. Lighting in the room wasn't great for when getting ready. Also our room was on the ground floor so when the lights are on, people can just see right in without privacy so we had to leave our curtains shut most the day.
