Definitiv eins der schönsten (Boutique) Hotels auf Ibiza!
👍 Kleine, aber wunderschön angeordnete Anlage. Auch unser Zimmer war top!
Frühstück ist super, nicht riesig, aber fein. Am Nachmittags gibt es Eis gratis am Pool.
Abends kann man sehr schön Essen dort (mit Blick auf den Felsen Es Vedra), ab und an gibt es live Musik abends, am Wochenende auch mal einen DJ, zudem Outdoor-Kino und morgens Yoga im Garten. Und es gibt einen Shuttle Service zu den drei Stränden in der Nähe.
👎 Der Service ist meistens super, aber hier und da klemmt es doch etwas (zB werden Bestellungen vergessen) was bei dem Preis eigentlich nicht sein sollte.
Der Pool ist mit Salzwasser, was grds ok ist (ohne Chlor), aber dadurch ist er im Sommer doch ziemlich warm.
👍 Sublime ! Tout est parfait : lieu, chambre personnel, vue à couper le souffle, petit déjeuner exceptionnel !

👎 Deeply disappointing experience with an inflexible hotel. I booked several rooms for a group of friends, and when one person dropped out I contacted the hotel more than a month before check-in to cancel just one room. Reception told me they would process a free cancellation, so I waited. After "consulting management," they reversed that completely and refused any goodwill, hiding behind the non-refundable rate even though we had booked multiple rooms. When I asked which of our other bookings was flexible instead, they said all were non-refundable and refused to help with the only one that might have been. Being promised one thing by reception and told the opposite by management is unacceptable. For a supposedly premium hotel, the service was cold, bureaucratic, and inflexible. They kept our money and offered nothing. I would not return.

👎 Prévoir des rampes pour se tenir pour monter les escaliers ou accéder à la piscine lorsqu’on a un handicap
Pas le meilleur hôtel pour être au calme.
👍 La vue sur ces iles magnifiques.
La chambre spacieuse.
👎 Une seule machine de renforcement musculaire, cassée donc HS.
La sensation d’être les 1 sur les autres, manque de calme.
