In the middle of it, but really clean and super independent.
👍 It was clean, very close to everything. The towel lady was really lovely. She was so sweet, god bless her, not a word of English but was so lovely! Spar convenience store downstairs. Beach across the road. Balcony we danced on with a little speaker until late. Discobus and taxi rank within 2 mins walk. Big Ben Cafe close for English brekkies, decent Bloody Mary too!
👎 Noise. Front and back. We were in 3A at the top. The group downstairs with the sunbed partied every night full blast until 10am, ok fine, but we went out to Pacha, UNIVRS, etc and come home at 6am for sleep, maybe that won’t be an issue for you? Even when they left be aware Bossas a 24/7 location. Police, taxis beeping, party people etc. Tattoo parlors don’t shut until 4am. Bars later. Again maybe not an issue for you.
Also the pool. It’s small and shared by an apartment block close by and a restaurant. It’s not an exclusive pool for Tabuu people. We actually went across the road and blagged a sunbed at Vibra Algarb or sat on the beach.
Neither of these things ruined our experience. We loved it and in some ways it added to our experience. We’re pretty full on when we’re there. Might not be for everyone though ❤️
