Schönes Haus, hat die Erwartungen erfüllt.
👍 Sehr authentisches, ibizenkisches Landhaus auf einem wunderschönen, riesigen Grundstück mit vielen Obstbäumen (Orangen, Feigen, Birnen, Granatäpfel) und einem kleinen Teich – die Kinder hatten grossen Spass daran, dort Frösche zu beobachten.
Die Zimmer sind grosszügig gestaltet und bieten reichlich Stauraum. Zudem ist jedes Zimmer mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Die Matratzen empfanden wir als unterschiedlich bequem – einige Betten sind eher weich, andere sehr hart.
Die Lage war für uns eine glatte 1A: Unsere Lieblingsorte (Strände, Dörfer und Restaurants) waren allesamt in etwa 15 bis 25 Autominuten erreichbar.
Ein grosses Plus: Das Haus war schon vor der offiziellen Check-in-Zeit bezugsbereit. Da wir bereits frühmorgens gelandet sind, kam uns das sehr entgegen. Die Kommunikation via WhatsApp mit Ibiza Renthouse verlief absolut einwandfrei.
👎 Ausstattung der Küche
Die Küche ist eher einfach ausgestattet. Ausser Pfeffer, Salz und einer Gewürzmischung sind keine Grundnahrungsmittel vorhanden. Wer täglich selbst kochen möchte, vermisst hier das eine oder andere Küchenutensil oder stört sich beispielsweise an verbogenen Topfböden.
Abwicklung & Service
Wirklich gestört hat uns das Verhalten der Agentur nach dem Check-out: Da zwei Links zur Kreditkarten-Hinterlegung nicht funktioniert hatten, musste ich die Kaution von 1.500 € vorab überweisen. Obwohl unser Check-out am 11.07. stattfand, wurde die Kaution erst am 19.07. freigegeben – mit der Begründung, das OK des Reinigungsdienstes stehe noch aus. Warum eine solche Kontrolle nicht direkt am Reinigungstag erfolgt, ist nicht nachvollziehbar.
Da das Haus in der Folgewoche direkt wieder vermietet war, hinterliess dies über eine Woche lang ein ungutes Gefühl: Es bestand die Befürchtung, für Schäden nachfolgender Gäste haftbar gemacht zu werden. Am 21.07. war das Geld schliesslich wieder auf dem Konto. Am Ende ist also alles gut gegangen, die Abwicklung seitens der Agentur hinterlässt jedoch einen faden Beigeschmack.

👍 We stayed at Vila Can Fita in Ibiza for one week, and it was truly the time of our lives. The villa is absolutely beautiful, with plenty of space, stunning surroundings, and everything you need for a perfect holiday.
From the moment we arrived, we felt relaxed and welcomed. The property was clean, well-maintained, and ideal for spending quality time with family and friends. The pool area was fantastic, and we spent countless hours enjoying the sunshine and the peaceful atmosphere.
The location was also excellent, making it easy to explore the island while still enjoying privacy and tranquility when we returned to the villa.
Our week at Vila Can Fita created memories that we will cherish forever. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Ibiza and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special and unforgettable holiday experience.

👍 There was nothing to dislike about this beautiful villa.It was authentic, private, beautifully landscaped, well equipped - the perfect home from home in Ibiza. Relaxing and clean pool area, lots of outdoor seating, lovely gardens surrounding the house. Great communication from the letting company. The location is perfect for everything Ibiza has to offer. . All in all a perfect 10/10.
