This was supposed to be a family treat but was very disappointing. Avoid until issues rectified !
👍 Quiet area . Short walk to bus stop which went to airport /local towns. Supermarket and quiet beach also close by . Kitchen well equipped
👎 Unclean to level of unhygienic both inside..esp. bathrooms and outside esp. eating area . Host felt that we should understand and accept as had hen-do there before us had left it messy. Clearly ingrained dirt and grime!
Doors to room and bathroom didn’t close causing lack of privacy. External doors didn’t lock properly..security issue. Air con leaking on bed! Not all rooms made up….As we paid for entire villa not per person this should not be the case!! Not told about pool maintenace turning up whilst we were out . Pool area was flooded on our return! Host made aware of all issues …full of excuses and said would be sorted for next guest. Past reviews stated same issues so clearly aware of issues!
We as a family would recommend this villa to anyone wanting to relax as a family .
👍 Our family really enjoyed everything about this property, the villa manager Dave was fantastic and due to our late arrival got us the basics in for us to be comfortable at the start. The pool was such a bonus , everything on one level supported by father who was of a good age. The english channels were great. 400m from nearest bus stop.

👍 The villa is in a really good location. Close to the airport via the bus and an hour's walk to San Antonio. Not far from a supermarket. Dave the Villa manager was extremely helpful and friendly. We got locked out one night and he came to our rescue. Dave helped us to sort a taxi into Ibiza Old Town too. We had a great time!
👎 It's quite hard to get taxis from the villa so make sure you book them in advance.
