👍 Very unhappy with the standards, this is ment to be a 5star Whotel. The service from the staff and room service was very poor, knowone answering room calls, I had to walk down to reception, the place is ran by young Spanish teenagers on summer seasons.
The Fire alarm in the room went off 3times in 2days for no reason and it took them 15mins to turn it off, very frustrating.
Definitely not W standards
