👎 Hemos tenido una pésima experiencia en este apartahotel. Después de pasar todo el día fuera, al volver por la tarde nos encontramos la puerta de nuestro apartamento completamente abierta. Dentro habíamos dejado objetos de valor, por lo que cualquiera podría haber entrado a robar. Al comunicarlo en recepción, nos dijeron que probablemente la limpiadora había dejado la puerta mal cerrada y que, debido a la humedad, a veces no se cierra correctamente. Precisamente por eso, el personal debería comprobar siempre que la puerta queda completamente cerrada al terminar la limpieza. Nos pareció una falta de profesionalidad y un grave problema de seguridad. Por este motivo, no volveríamos a alojarnos aquí.
