👎 Todo empezó mal , llegamos y no funcionaba el aire acondicionado, nos perdimos 3 días xq teníamos q esperar el técnico q supuestamente lo iba a arreglar, nunca lo arreglaron nos trajeron aires portátiles q no se podían prender xq se saltaba la luz, incluso la luz se saltaba con solo prender 2 electrodomésticos de la cocina , nunca podíamos tener los aires portátiles prendidos hacia un calor insoportable, el agua de la ducha cuando se bañaba el segundo salía fría y no volvía a calentar por horas, había un solo secador de pelo q funcionaba para los 6 electrodomésticos otro no andaba, la peor experiencia q hemos tenido nos hicieron perder días enteros q no pudimos salir esperando a los técnicos , en las noches no se podía dormir el calor no se aguantaba

👍 Piso muy nuevo y bonito, decorado con gusto y con todo lo necesario para una estancia en Ibiza.
Súper bien ubicado a pocos minutos del centro de Ibiza. Se puede ir paseando a la playa de Talamanca, a solo unos pocos minutos. Está en una urbanización muy tranquila que se puede aparcar gratis en la calle.
Hemos estado dos semanas en invierno y ha sido muy agradable. Tiene 3 habitaciones muy amplias, 2 baños con ducha, una cocina grande y muy bien equipada con todo lo necesario y un porche / jardín muy mono que aún siendo invierno hemos podido disfrutar en los días de sol. Tiene vistas despejadas muy agradables. La calefacción por aire funciona muy bien (y en verano funcionará bien el AC).
La anfitriona Blanca ha sido muy amable en todo momento. Repetiría sin duda!

👎 No shade in the backyard and at the pool. Owner was rude in their communication. They wanted to charge us for their broken parasol which was clearly broken for a while.

👍 A well designed apartment with excellent air con, showers, and beds. The pool is big enough for a quick cooling dip.
👎 The check in was a bit moody. Lots of rules, annoying that you need a cash deposit, and a shame there’s no eg toilet paper, bread, milk or kitchen roll provided.
A hook on the bedroom doors would be handy.
The pool was a bit dirty.
There’s not much to do locally - you need Uber for everything.
A beautiful flat in a really good location. We would definitely rebook when coming again.
👍 Beautiful place with really lovely rooms. Beds were really comfy, kitchen well appointed and bathrooms were excellent.
👎 Lack of crockery. We were a group of 5 but there was only 4 of everything. The place sleeps 6 so should have had better range of kitchen ware. It’s a small detail, everything else was amazing.
