staff was extremely rude and unhelpful
👍 Nothing
👎 I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful, displaying a complete lack of professionalism. They seemed clueless and incapable of handling basic guest needs. The manager was just as useless, unable to provide any assistance or solutions. Overall, it was a frustrating and unpleasant experience. I would definitely advise everyone to steer clear of this hotel and look for better options elsewhere.
complete disaster
👍 nothing
👎 My stay at this hotel was a complete disaster. The rooms were dirty and poorly maintained, and the amenities were either broken or nonexistent. The staff was rude and unresponsive, making it impossible to get any assistance. The overall cleanliness and service were far below acceptable standards. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and suggest looking for a more reliable and comfortable place to stay.

My experience at this hotel was absolutely terrible
👍 Nothing
👎 My experience at this hotel was absolutely terrible. The staff was rude, dismissive, and showed no regard for guest satisfaction. Their incompetence was evident in every interaction, and they seemed completely unprepared to handle even simple requests. The manager was no help either, unable or unwilling to resolve any issues I raised. Overall, this hotel is a nightmare to stay at. I strongly recommend avoiding it and choosing a different place to stay.
👍 De locatie
👎 Zwembad 10u open, geen wc borstel, beetje schimmel in de douche
Just avoid, and save yourself time and money
👎 Very extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional, making the entire stay uncomfortable. They were not only dismissive but also showed a complete lack of competence in handling basic needs like check-in. To make matters worse, the manager was equally helpless and failed to address any of my concerns or provide any solutions. Avoid this place at all costs; there are much better options elsewhere. Save yourself the frustration and stay somewhere else.
