Now trying to retain 550 euros for using towels and allegedly chipping an old cupboard door

👍 The view and the BBQ
👎 Communication with people from the villa. Things were going crazy, too. I got a call right after booking with booking.com if I could cancel the booking with booking.com and book directly with them. The villa is pretty outdated and in some rooms it smells like mold.
Also They emailed me on the same day of arrival if I could pay the deposit (I was already on my way) If not our contactperson couldn't check in that day.
Great house to rent with a beautiful view
👍 Great view with very nice bedrooms. All perfect. We had an exceptional stay at the house and to be rented again.
👎 One room was not at the same standing as the others but except that all good.

👎 Most bedrooms are old and a curtain dividing a bedroom into two bedrooms doesn't really work. Mosquitos are a real plague at the pool.

👍 I’ve stayed in Ibiza many times and I’ve stayed at many villas but this was BY FAR THE BEST VILLA I’ve ever stayed in ! It was so beautiful, so peaceful so amazing, I literally cannot believe how good it is ! The pictures don’t do it justice ! Will definitely be staying again. Thank you so much x
