Too short a stay will need to come back and stay for longer
👍 I had an amazing stay at NH Collection Ibiza. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional and exceeded my expectations.
At check-in, Mercedes made me feel like a VIP. She was incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Her warmth and attention to detail made me feel genuinely welcome and valued.
My stay was too short to enjoy everything the hotel had to offer, but the pool and bar both looked fantastic.
The lady who assisted me at check-out was equally helpful. Unfortunately, she wasn’t wearing a name badge, so I’m unable to personally acknowledge her exceptional service. Juan was also there for both my arrival and departure, reinforcing the excellent service provided by the whole team.
I would happily stay here again and highly recommend NH Collection Ibiza.
👎 It’s not often that I struggle to find something negative to say about a hotel stay, as there’s usually at least one area that could be improved. However, aside from the elevator being a little slow, there really wasn’t anything I disliked.

👍 Personnel très accueillant, bon emplacement pour se rendre aux points d'intérêts, la vieille ville, le port...
👎 Les extérieurs sont bruyants du fait de la proximité du rond point.
