lovely private spacious villa , with lots of seating areas ,nice shaded areas aswell
👍 Location was good, supermarket was at the end of the road and there was a couple of good restaurants in walking distance
👎 we did find it would have been a lot easier if they had provided a rubbish / wheelie bins as we were told we could not leave any rubbish at the villa. when you are with all your family and 2 grandchildren there was a lot of rubbish what we had to get rid of which was a 7 minute walk away

👎 Is veel onderhoud aan nodig en ik moest betalen voor een kapotte tegel wat ik dus nooit kapot heb gemaakt maarja daar kun je niks tegen doen

A villa with potential, but poor maintenance and safety concerns
👍 The villa had a nice layout, good space, and a peaceful location. It looked promising on arrival and could have been a great place with better maintenance.
👎 The air conditioning units were filthy and appeared not to have been cleaned for a long time, which made one of our group members ill. We mentioned the AC issue after our stay, but no compensation or resolution was offered. The dishwasher was unsafe, it gave an electric shock when touched. Also, some bedrooms shown in the listing required an extra fee to open, which felt misleading.

👍 Het zwembad, de ligging prachtig huis! Van alle gemakken voorzien. Communicatie met de verhuurder ging ook vlot!

👍 The pool area is stunning. Amazing pool, great setting with multiple different sunbeds and seating areas.
The location of the villa is great. Close to all main clubs (7-12 minutes driving), supermarkets in 100-400m, short drives to great beaches and bays, view to the beach with Ushuaia - well, in 2 Km distance.
👎 A few light bulbs need to be replaced
