👍 Everything - the location was really good. Shops, bars and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. It's really easy to access everything.
Dave the host was spot on as well, he was very helpful in pointing us in the right direction for good restaurants.

Amazing place to spend your time in Ibiza
👍 Loved how the Villa was spacious and split into mini apartments gave us freedom but in the same accomodation- with a huge outdoors

سيئة للغاية ولن اكرر ولا اوصي اي انسان ان يسكن في هذا المسكن
👍 الصور مختلفة عن الواقع ، المسؤول عن المكان لك يكن باللباقة والتعامل الحسن، فرضوا علينا ضريبة سكن وضريبة مكيفات مع انها توجد غرفة وجدنا المكيف لا يعمل ومع علم صاحب الشأن بذلك ولكن قال لنا لا يمكن اصلاحه الا بعد ان تذهبوا ولم يخصم لنا من قيمة الاجمالية لانه فعلا لم نستفيد من هذه الغرفة المركزية وكاننا حجزنا 3 غرف فقط وليس 4 غرف فلذلك نرجوا من بوكينق ان
👎 الكثير والكثير، نظافة المكان والمسكن كان قديما جدا وايضا الاثاث، ولا يوجد تنظيف

👎 La limpieza del alojamiento en general. La parte de abajo con mal olor, colchones sucios, el aire no funcionaba, una plaga de cucarachas( me despertó una estando dormida de madrugada), el automático saltaba si la nevera estaba conectada, horno sucio. La única opción fue llevarnos el colchón a la planta alta y situarlo en el salón. Sin intimidad y teniendo que comprar un forro para ponerlo el colchón. Muy decepcionante

👍 Pool area is great and gardens well kept, the inside is loads bigger than it looks. Great for a group, would stay again! Dave the host is a spot on fella as well.

Also, I found it off putting that we were asked to take the trash bags out to the dumpsters which are way past the drive way and across another road. If you’re charging me a cleaning fee, better take care of the garbage too. We declined.
Also, man, you’re charging a cleaning fee but no change of bed linens, towels during our 7 day stay. They were not even provided for us to change for ourselves.
Clean, comfortable & spacious villa, host (Nick) & manager (Dave) were very helpful and answered questions speed
👍 Flexible & spacious accommodation for groups, lovely pool and terrace area, Villa is in a quiet residential area with supermarket and very reasonably priced / good restaurants within 10 minutes max walk.
👎 Not related to the property specifically but if going to clubs at night you need to be prepared to get taxis further up the road (rank is by side of Plastik bar) as they don’t usually stop when flagged down. There is a water taxi close by across to San Antonio.
