👎 As hotel was at full capacity during our stay, it was very difficult to find seats by pool (which was too busy anyway) and food ordering and delivery took ca 1 hr during late lunch time.

👎 Der einzige kleine Nachteil war, dass mein Zimmer sich direkt hinter dem Restaurant befunden hat, und man immer ein Rauschen aus der Küche gehört hat.. Seitlich hatte ich trotzdem ein Ausblick aufs Meer.

👎 Room is really old and dated , blind is very cheap, bed is not comfortable, shower change setting js very difficult. Room height is very low. Bed js very smalll. Not a 5 star standard.

👎 I had high expectations for 7Pines, but unfortunately the service fell well below what I would expect from a luxury hotel. The concierge experience was extremely disappointing. We had arranged a private transfer in advance, yet when we enquired about it, the concierge simply insisted that no booking existed. There was no attempt to investigate, apologise or offer an alternative. Instead of trying to help, we were effectively told it wasn’t booked. Ironically, the taxi was waiting outside exactly as originally arranged, demonstrating that the booking had in fact been made. A luxury hotel should have staff who take ownership of a situation rather than immediately dismissing a guest. The communication throughout our stay was consistently poor. We were advised that a late check-out would likely be available and that we simply needed to confirm on the morning of departure. When we called, we were abruptly told this was not the case. Had the information been communicated accurately from the outset, we would have planned accordingly. Instead, we were given conflicting information that caused unnecessary inconvenience. The most concerning aspect of our stay, however, was an incident where I was photographed while coming out of the shower. After reporting what had happened, I expected the hotel to treat the matter with the seriousness it deserved. Instead, the response I received was dismissive. Rather than explaining whether the incident had been investigated, whether CCTV had been reviewed, or what action had been taken, I was simply told that the bathroom blinds could be closed for additional privacy. This completely missed the point. Guests should feel safe, and when a serious privacy concern is raised, they should expect reassurance that it has been properly investigated—not a suggestion that they should have closed the blinds. In each of these situations, the response was reactive, dismissive and lacking accountability.
