👎 The cost of the stay is very high considering the quality offered. If it were just for the accommodation—without meals included—it might still be worth it. However, paying this price only to receive terrible quality food and such poor cleanliness is completely unacceptable.
I ate at the restaurant early in the week, and the experience was horrible. The food is nowhere near worth the price charged, and the lack of hygiene and cleanliness left an even worse impression.
For such a pricey stay, I expected—at the very least—good food, cleanliness, and service that matched the cost. Unfortunately, that is not what I found. If you decide to stay here, my recommendation is to skip the meal plan and eat elsewhere.

👍 The staff at this hotel are very rude. Bar staff are snappy, staff in food hall roll their eyes and have a go when asking for knifes and forks etc, cleaners knocking on our door 15 minutes before check out time telling us to hurry up. Overall not a good experience with the staff. The food isn’t great either, not much selection apart from sea food. The only good thing is the location as it’s by the beach.

👍 Just got back form a weeks all inclusive, what a lovely hotel, set right on the beach with a taxi rank on the main road and water taxi right behind the hotel. Food was of a good quality and plentiful (one of our party was vegetarian and there was plenty of choice) drinks were good and not watered down like some of the reviews suggest. Rooms clean and beds very comfy. Only negative was the awful women on reception, we arrived at 1.30 and she kept us waiting and we couldn't check into 2pm (despite checking in all the other people in front of us) Then the next day she allocated our room to two ladies from Liverpool who had requested an early check in and they opened the door when we were in the room. We then went down to reception to ask what had happened she was extremely rude and waved us away so we complained to Carlos the manager who dealt with it very professionally. Highly recommend

👍 Arrived for 3 nights, no electric on arrival and not offered even any water. Rooms are decent, see view was lovely but very loud all day and night so don't expect to sleep much but beds were really comfortable. Food was ok, but cold most of the time. Not enough sun beds so get there for 9 when it opens. Not much for kids unless they can entertain themselves. Rooms were clean but pool wasn't so much . Definitely more for younger ones who don't want much sleep.
