Lovely hotel but disappointed with the service we received from the bar.
👍 Great location. Breakfast was excellent and the room was very comfortable with wonderful views over the town.
👎 We arrived back at the hotel after dinner at 11pm and asked if we could have a glass of wine with our friends who were also staying at the hotel and whether we could sit outside on the terrace. The bar tender said the bar was closed which was surprising because it was a Friday evening! When we complained, he begrudgingly allowed us to have a drink at the bar inside instead. He was incredibly rude while we were sitting there and made us feel very uncomfortable. Not the sort of service you would expect from a 5 star hotel.

great short suprised extra stay.
👍 Lovely heritage hotel, in a historic area of Ibiza, a pleasant extra few nights when the airtraffic control problem happened at Heathrow. Loved the old streets.

👍 Absolument tout Cest un hôtel incroyable, je pense qu’il s’agit du meilleur hôtel d’Ibiza C’est le luxe, le calme, la petite piscine est très agréable et il n’y a jamais personne.
