Heel ontspannen verblijf
👍 Mooi huis, fijn ontvangst door Varya, locatie prettig (was bang voor industrieel gebied en overlast van de vuilniswagens vlakbij, maar daar geen enkele last van gehad).
👎 In de badkamers rook het af en toe naar riolering.
de weg voor de oprit had veel grote kuilen als gevolg van de regenbuien, brengt wel risico's mee voor een huurauto.

👍 The host was very good, very communicative and very helpful. The Villa was very clean throughout. The photos are accurate.
👎 We checked in at 3pm and the cleaners were still there until 5pm. I understand sometimes things go wrong. But when checking out at 10am (quite early anyway), the cleaners arrived at 9am. This didn’t feel fair to be administering their property on our time.
The pool towels are charged as extras and you have to walk through an industrial estate yourself to empty the bin or face a fine.
Nice house, some maintenance required, location is quite challenging.

The location, in the middle of the industrial zone and next to a heliport, is not great, but there is not much that the owner can do about that.

👍 We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa. The accommodation was very clean, and the check-in and check-out process was straightforward. Communication with Varja was easy and efficient, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The villa offers a wide range of services like private chef or transfer from/to the airport. Additionally, the villa itself was outstanding and located in a beautiful neighborhood not far away from Ibiza Town, making it convenient to explore the town. We would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting the area.

👍 Beautiful villa in a wonderful location. It feels very rural, but you are very close to Ibiza Town and well connected to other areas, which is great because we love to go up north and visit the hippy markets; so this was just the perfect place for us.

👍 This is a lovely villa with a lot of character. Personally, I loved how the kitchen and lounge overlook the pool area; it felt very communal and friendly. As a group of 10 adults, there is also ample room for some time to yourself, whether that is snoozing around the pool, reading on the terrace or getting ready to go out, you were never on top of one another. Equally, this villa is perfect for socialising, especially the jacuzzi area of the pool (which definitely got a lot of use during our trip). I think this villa would be perfect for families, as well as for groups such as ours and I highly recommend this villa for your next Ibiza trip.

👍 Such a lovely villa and in a great location. En route to the villa we wondered exactly where we would end up, but as we neared the property we were surrounded by beautiful scenery all around us - despite being so close to Ibiza Town and other wonderful areas like the small town of Jesus. The outside space feels very spacious and private, which is great for enjoying some relaxed moments around the pool.
